Welcome to The School of Scrap, Students and WELCOME to our contest:

Scrapped By The Bell !!!!

Everyone take a seat and our class helper will be passing out the first of your assignments as I go over a few things with you.

Rule #1 - Have fun and be creative! If we aren't having fun, then we'd call this work and I have enough of that so let's keep it fun. Remember, the ONE class we won't have at this school is the Drama Class.

You will receive a weekly assignement. Some sites call these type things 'challenges' but here at our School, they are assignments. Assignments will be posted on Wednsday evenings at 9pm EST (yes, you can say it will be a Night School).

All assignements MUST be turned in by the final BELL at 11:59pm the following Tuesday. You turn in your assignment by uploading into our Gallery. There will be a specific album for that week's assignments and you must place your layout in the correct album for voting. We are NOT responsible for your misplaced layouts or that your doggie eat it. Think of it as putting the test on the teacher's desk.... if you put it on the back table (in other words the wrong album in the Gallery) then the teacher can't grade the test and you get the big goose egg ZERO grade!


ANY assignements uploaded into our gallery AFTER that BELL will result in that student being eliminated from the contest. You must beat the BELL. No Tardy students will be accepted. Sorry to be strict, but this is a biggie.

You'll be given details of what you must include in your layout and ALL details must be present to avoid elimination or points taken off.

All assignments will be graded by the Faculty, and their decisions are final.

ALL assignments must be NEW and CREATED specifically for our contest. Your layout must not be uploaded to any other online gallery until the completion of the contest. All detailed product information is required to be listed with your layout.

There will be ways of Earning EXTRA CREDIT, so keep your eyes and ears open for those announcments! You never know when they'll be coming or how many CREDITS they'll be worth.

Ok.... that is it! Pretty simple, right?

If any student is misbehaving, they'll be sent directly to the Principal's office. Why? Because I want to misbehave too and I always like a partner!

And.... if that Scrapper in the back row with the cell phone that keeps ringing will please SHUT IT OFF now... we can get started.
